This role supports a cloud\-native healthcare platform where Salesforce is part of the ecosystem, but software engineering is the primary focus. **What You’ll Do** * Design and build scalable backend services and **APIs using modern programming languages.** * Architect and implement event\-driven and asynchronous workflows. * Integrate cloud services with Salesforce and other external systems. * Own the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and observability. * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure\-as\-code practices. * Collaborate with product, Salesforce, and data teams to deliver end\-to\-end solutions. * Evaluate trade\-offs and propose architectures that prioritize scalability, reliability, and maintainability. **What You’ll Bring** * **5\+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend or full\-stack).** * Strong proficiency in **Java, Python, Node.js, or C\#.** * Experience building **APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.** * Solid understanding of event\-driven architecture, clean code, and system design. * Hands\-on experience with **AWS services such as Lambda, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.** * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.** * Salesforce experience is a plus but not required. * Advanced English proficiency (C1\). Nice to Have * Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Background in healthcare, fintech, or enterprise platforms. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
