This is an excellent opportunity for individuals **highly interested in developing a career in HR**, who need to complete their **Social Service** or are **recent graduates** seeking their first experience in a company. * **Document Management:** Assist in the **filling, filing, and control of personnel documents**. * **Attendance Control:** Preparation and follow-up of **attendance lists** and incidents. * **Identification:** Creation and **issuance of identification badges** for new hires and active employees. * **Recruitment:** Support in the initial stages of **recruitment**, such as posting job openings and initial contact with candidates. * Collaboration on various administrative tasks requested by the HR team Requirements: * **Interest in HR:** Genuine **interest in developing a career in Human Resources** and talent management. * **Academic Status:** Student in the final semesters (required to complete **Social Service or Professional Practice**) or **recent graduate** (within 1 year). * **Majors:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
