On-site and multi-channel customer service "Field Technical Support for Printers and Multifunctional Devices" Requirements: *Education: Technical degree in Computing, Informatics, Electronics, or Mechanics. *Experience: 1 year of experience in technical support for printing equipment (printers, multifunctional devices, copiers, fax machines, etc.) *Knowledge of server management, network administration, technical support, and device configuration. *Willingness to provide on-site customer service, as well as the ability to deliver technical support via multiple channels (telephone, chat, email, etc.) *Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Availability to visit various clients Knowledge of installing and configuring printers and multifunctional devices.
