WE ARE SEEKING Shift Supervisor – Cleaning Department: General Services / Maintenance / Cleaning Location: TULTEPEC, STATE OF MEXICO (AV LA ANTIGUA) Position Type: Full-time Schedule: Fixed shift with rotating weekly days off Job Objective: Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of cleaning and maintenance activities in assigned areas, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the cleaning team, composed of at least 30 employees per shift. * Assign daily tasks and staff rotation according to operational needs. * Verify compliance with cleaning and deep-cleaning procedures across all areas. * Ensure proper use and safe storage of cleaning materials, tools, and products. * Conduct supervision walkthroughs to ensure service quality and identify improvement opportunities. * Train staff on cleaning techniques, proper use of chemical products, and occupational safety standards. * Prepare incident reports, attendance records, and staff performance evaluations. * Coordinate with other departments to schedule special cleanings or preventive maintenance. Requirements: Age: 30 to 45 years. Education: Completed high school diploma (technical certification or equivalent preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role supervising operational cleaning personnel. Knowledge: * Cleaning and deep-cleaning techniques. * Handling and dosage of chemical products. * Basic operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment (floor polishers, industrial vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, etc.). * Occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Report writing and inventory control. * Competencies and Skills: * Leadership and personnel management. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Problem-solving and decision-making. * Commitment, responsibility, and service-oriented attitude.
