We are INHOUSE, specializing in renting private workspaces and creating creative, secure areas designed to motivate and inspire those who use them, with people’s wellbeing—both our team members and all visitors—as our top priority. ***MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT OPEN POSITION*** **Job Objective** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the good condition, functionality, and safety of our facilities across all branches. **Responsibilities** * General maintenance of the **7 branches**. * Basic electrical and plumbing repairs. * Basic carpentry, painting, and welding tasks. * Wall patching and general finishing work. * Installation of shelves, bases, furniture, and assembly of furniture. * Inspection of areas to identify faults or improvement opportunities. * Response to emergency maintenance requests. * Handling of tools, materials, and solvents. * Inventory control of assets, tools, and equipment. * Cleaning and organizing work areas. * Basic support for internal customers. * Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. **Requirements** * Minimum education: **Completed secondary school**. * Minimum experience: **1 year in general maintenance** (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. * Ability to travel between branches. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, proactivity, and teamwork. * Availability to attend extraordinary events. **Schedule and Work Modality** * Tuesday to Saturday \| 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Days off: 2 days per week * Work modality: On-site * Start date: Immediate **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$12,000**, tax-free * Indefinite-term employment contract * Excellent work environment and stability Job type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible schedules * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
