If you enjoy technical challenges, consultative selling, and seek job stability, we want to meet you! **Compensation Package:** * **Gross Monthly Income:** **$16,730\.00** * **Integrated Net Monthly Salary:** **$14,780\.00** (Approximate, inclusive of food vouchers and meal allowances). * **Commission Scheme:** 1% on total sales (uncapped starting from the 4th month). * **Benefits:** Above statutory requirements, ongoing technical training, and uniforms. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Provide specialized customer consultation on selecting water pumps, motors, and power generators. * Close sales at the counter and follow up on quotations for industrial/residential customers. * Conduct physical inventory control and organize heavy equipment in the warehouse. * Maintain a clean, orderly store display with current pricing. **Candidate Profile We Seek:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in hardware, automotive (e.g., AutoZone), or spare parts sales. * **Education:** Completed high school with an **Original Certificate** available (mandatory for hiring). * **Skills:** Results-oriented mindset, basic PC proficiency, and excellent customer service skills. **Position Details:** * **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán (Buenavista Neighborhood). * **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am–2:00 pm. * **Important:** Availability to work on holidays (with statutory pay) and a 3-month probationary period.
