The Receptionist role is critical to delivering warm and professional service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience from their arrival to departure. EVENING SHIFT MONDAY TO FRIDAY 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM SATURDAY 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM Main Responsibilities * Greet and receive clients warmly and professionally. * Manage membership registrations, renewals, and payments. * Maintain updated attendance records and database. * Coordinate appointments and class or trainer schedules. * Provide information regarding services, promotions, and events. * Assist with basic administrative tasks and maintain the reception area in order. Requirements * Experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred). * Excellent appearance and communication skills. * Basic computer and social media proficiency. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. * Availability for rotating shifts.
