Real-time report generation We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst **General Objective** Analyze, review, and register various corporate payments through payment forecasting to ensure prompt and timely execution using the ERP system, in compliance with established policies and procedures, to generate real-time reports and information. Responsibilities: * Verify issuance and internal approvals of tickets, submitted documents, and invoices against purchase orders. * Ensure supporting documents for each payment request comply with SAT tax policies. * Process all received invoices accurately, efficiently, and promptly for payment. * Perform accounting processing and allocation of invoices in the system.
