Work Location: Downtown Mérida Requirements: - Completed secondary education - Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience - Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off. IMPORTANT! - Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. - Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. - Support maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. - Supervise the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. - Conduct routine inspections to detect failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. - Report damages or anomalies to the maintenance supervisor or administration. - Control the use of assigned tools and materials. - Log activities in maintenance logs. - Perform drywall work.
