We seek a leader capable of managing large-scale operations and consolidating our regional positioning. Salary: $22,000 to $26,000 net monthly, based on experience (paid weekly) + immediate statutory benefits. Work Location: Merida, Yucatan. Requirements: Experience: 3 to 4 years in operational management of transportation/fleets. Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering (in progress or completed). Skills: Intermediate Excel and Google Suite. Bonus: Valid driver's license. Schedule: Flexible availability (including weekends and/or night shifts). Responsibilities: Fleet Management and Control: Supervision of overall vehicle condition and continuous coordination of maintenance and repairs with the workshop department. Operational Staff Supervision: Assignment of drivers, administration of rest schedules, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
