




Provide support to the Risk Department through the analysis, control, and monitoring of documentation, permits, insurance policies, and regulatory compliance for all group units, ensuring proper operations and risk mitigation. Main Responsibilities * Analyze the fleet of utility vehicles available to the company across all business units. * Support and file documentation for procedures with the SCT (Secretariat of Communications and Transportation). * Audit active permits for group units (tractors, dollies, and trailers). * Manage the group’s insurance policies. * Review and process corresponding permits and licenses. * Administer the Intranet platform with unit-related documentation. * Review, renew, and submit physical-mechanical and emissions verification reports. * Handle insurance claims and coordinate with authorities when necessary.
