Direct, supervise, and coordinate scheduled activities related to the maintenance of the highway segment, developing and verifying the execution of necessary works for its improvement. * Physically supervise the works carried out on the highway segment according to the schedule. * Conduct damage surveys of facilities, structures, asphalt pavement, slopes, embankments, and drainage works. * Review progress of activities performed by assigned personnel and prepare corresponding reports. * Conduct inspections to validate the physical condition of the highway, reporting any anomalies detected. * Review and approve accident reports prepared by subordinate personnel, as well as prepare damage budgets and corresponding photographic reports. * Inspect vertical and horizontal signage and protective elements, verifying compliance with regulations established by the S.C.T. for traffic control devices on highways. * Conduct periodic supervision inspections of minor maintenance on the highway segment. * Request repairs for damages to the highway and prepare corresponding reports. * Request materials in the ERP system and prepare supplementary reports inherent to the position. * Attend to highway neighbors and authorities, providing support to resolve issues.
