Job Summary: Nadro, a leading national pharmaceutical distributor, is seeking a Liquidation Assistant to manage operational documentation, returns, and payment liquidations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage operational documentation and archives. 2. Process and validate returns daily. 3. Ensure operator payment liquidations. Nadro, a national leader in pharmaceutical distribution, is seeking: LIQUIDATION ASSISTANT Requirements: Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Minimum one year in similar positions. Rotating shift. Job Functions: • Review, validate, safeguard, and archive daily operational control documents for delivery operations, delivery driver logs, and departure/return records for assigned routes. • Receive, review, enter, scan, and deliver daily returns to the warehouse; verify driver logs and invoices. • Verify that delivery operators complete cash collections settlements upon completion of their routes. • Track reports to identify returns outstanding for more than 10 days and report findings to the Commercial Department. • Receive, validate, and sort invoices by customer, and track them accordingly.
