Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the comprehensive management of hospital infrastructure and systems, optimizing resources and ensuring objective achievement. We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Hospital Mérida as: · MAINTENANCE MANAGER · REQUIREMENTS: Education: Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree (degree certificate and professional license). Experience: 5 years in the hospitality or hospital industry. Schedule Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Knowledge of civil protection protocols. Knowledge of regulatory standards. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and implements the maintenance program (preventive, predictive, and corrective), establishes material and equipment supply strategies to ensure execution of the work plan; optimizes human, material, and financial resources to achieve objectives. Conducts facility walkthroughs to identify opportunities for improvement and track corrective actions. Plans and executes the Preventive-Predictive-Corrective (PPC) maintenance program according to schedule using standardized control forms. Manages budgetary control and departmental project oversight. Monitors renovation projects. Quotes and budgets supplies or services required for facility maintenance. Operates, understands, and manages comprehensive maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems: chillers, cooling towers, direct expansion systems, AHUs, and chilled water systems. Operates, understands, and manages maintenance of substations, disconnect switches, transformers, main circuit breakers, and isolators. Operates, understands, and manages maintenance of emergency power plants, transfer systems, test starts, and physical inspections of diesel engines. Operates, understands, and manages maintenance of fire pump systems powered by electric motors and internal combustion engines, as well as alarm plans, smoke detectors, and manual pull stations. · WE OFFER: Statutory benefits.
