




**MAIN FUNCTIONS** * **Needs identification:** Analyzes skill gaps and requests requirements from the department head. * **Design and development:** Creates content, methods (in-person, virtual), and materials for courses. * **Organization and logistics:** Schedules timetables, reserves venues, coordinates instructors (internal/external), and manages equipment. * **Evaluation:** Measures program effectiveness and implements continuous improvements based on data. * **Compliance:** Manages legal and regulatory aspects (such as those of STPS in Mexico). * **Team Building.** * **Onboarding.** **REQUIREMENTS**: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. * One year of experience in the training area. * Knowledge of training methodologies. * Knowledge of Organizational Development.
