




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage payroll calculations, attendance incidents, severance settlements, social security enrollment transactions, and customer service, while maintaining strict control over personnel files and reports. Currently enrolled in or recently completed undergraduate studies, technical degree, or nearing graduation. General knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. CFDI payroll receipts and electronic stamping. Experience using payroll systems such as Contpaqi or related platforms. Proficiency in Excel. Experience using IDSE and SUA. · Your Responsibilities Will Include: Bi-weekly payroll calculation. Attendance incident tracking (attendance, absences, tardiness, leaves, vacations). Calculation of ISN/SUA/ISR/Risk Premium. Calculation of severance settlements and liquidations. Social security enrollment transactions in IDSE (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments). Management of medical leave documentation (ST-7/ST-2). Customer service. Generation of weekly and bi-weekly reports. Personnel file management and processing of new employee registrations in the Payroll System. Billing requests. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, onsite; only one Saturday per month on-call duty, remote (home office), 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. · Work location: Industrial City, Mérida–Progreso Highway (behind Fracc.
