




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to plan, organize, and supervise food preparation, ensuring quality and compliance with hygiene regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the kitchen team and supervise food preparation 2. Ensure food quality and compliance with food hygiene standards 3. Manage inventory, costs, and recipe standardization Requirements: **Kitchen Manager** **Requirements:** * Intermediate English * Education in gastronomy (bachelor’s degree or high school diploma) * Availability Monday through Sunday (one weekday day off) * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar kitchen position * Experience with hotel management systems (preferably Cloudbeds) * Knowledge and experience in administrative kitchen tasks: completing logs, requisitions, and orders (paper and digital) * Leadership experience (supervising 3 people) * Knowledge of cost control and inventory management * Knowledge and application of proper food handling practices and H Certification **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise food preparation * Ensure dish quality, presentation, and flavor * Standardize recipes and portion sizes * Guarantee adherence to service timing * Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team (ability to delegate tasks) * Train staff on techniques, recipes, and best practices * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations * Control inventory and ingredient rotation * Place orders with suppliers * Monitor costs, shrinkage, and waste **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Salary $10,500 (paid biweekly) * Tips and monthly commissions of approximately $2,000, increasing during high season * One meal per shift * Uniforms Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,500.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
