We are seeking a Cafeteria Supervisor to lead and coordinate the operation of the facility, ensuring achievement of financial objectives and service quality.

* **Cafeteria Supervisor**
***Responsibilities:***
\- Responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating the proper operation of the cafeteria at all times.
\- Achieve financial objectives set by management while maintaining low costs without compromising service quality (working with budgets).
\- Safeguard company values,
\- Perform cash reconciliations, payments, and supplier control.
\- Prepare weekly financial reports.
\- Continuously suggest improvements to service quality and food preparation processes.
\- Manage and control warehouse and inventory.
\- Place orders to suppliers on stipulated dates.
\- Coordinate continuously with the branch chef.
\- Coordinate special events (coffee breaks, banquets).
\- Coordinate and assign, as needed, shift roles to direct-report staff.
\- Handle administrative and operational forms.
\- Passion for work; willingness to cover any operational area required for the cafeteria’s proper functioning, as needed.
***Requirements:***
\- Minimum proven experience in personnel management.
\- Public relations skills and ability to resolve any customer conflicts.
\- Ability to train and coach direct-report staff, supervise, and properly follow up on each branch department.
\- Conduct performance evaluations of direct-report staff.
\- Actively participate in branch activities.
\- Knowledge and application of Hygiene Standards (e.g., Distintivo H or similar).
\- Teamwork orientation.
\- Be an agent of change and maintain staff motivation at all times.
\- Be organized.
\- Numerical aptitude.
\- Standardization of recipes and dish presentation.
\- Full schedule availability at all times.
\- Personal vehicle (preferably).
***Mandatory:***
\- Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Nutrition, TSU in Food and Beverages, Tourism, or related field. \- Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable experience in this role.
\- Proactive attitude.
\- Cash handling experience.
