Description

**Objective:** Support personnel administration plans and programs to contribute to the development of administrative processes related to human resources management, providing quality service that helps maintain a healthy work environment. **Position Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field. * 6 months of experience in activities related to Human Resources. **Functions** ▪ Collaborate with the Human Resources Coordinator/Manager in Human Resources processes associated with Personnel Selection and Onboarding, managing the various stages in accordance with the company’s established processes and procedures. ▪ Compile and safeguard personnel files (active and inactive) containing information required for audits. ▪ Compile and safeguard each employee’s training documentation for audits, tenders, and/or new organizational growth projects. ▪ Update required reports for planning and administration of employee training at each work center. ▪ Support the management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), identification badges, and uniforms for new hires and staff. ▪ Provide service to the work center’s personnel, following established Human Resources procedures and meeting service standards. ▪ Prepare employment contracts (for new hires, renewals, promotions, transfers) using approved templates, ensuring continuity and protection of labor relations at the work center. ▪ Carry out administrative procedures before government agencies (IMSS, STPS, Conciliation and Arbitration Board, etc.) as required. ▪ Collaborate with the Human Resources Coordinator/Manager in Human Resources processes related to pre-payroll submission, reviewing biweekly generated incidents and deductions for correct application and payment to staff, maintaining necessary supporting documents for filing and subsequent clarification with the employee in case of discrepancies. ▪ Maintain control of staff entries recorded in the daily check-in system to validate punctuality and attendance, reporting possible deviations detected during such review to immediate supervisors. ▪ Archive in each employee’s personnel file all information generated during their employment at the work center. ▪ Participate in the design and execution of staff integration activities and events. ▪ Promote the new organizational culture across all levels of the operational unit, aligned with the practice of core values. ▪ Participate in activities inherent to the Human Resources area as part of professional development and to identify optimal solutions or alternatives toward achieving company objectives. ▪ Apply a process-oriented approach and risk-based thinking. ▪ Report accidents or incidents occurring, as well as any situation that may constitute bribery practices in business management, through the designated mechanisms—without fear of retaliation. ▪ Comply with planned results within the Integrated Management System (standards, policies, procedures, manuals, operational controls, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and any other applicable mechanism). ▪ Be accountable to the immediate supervisor. ▪ Participate in any other activity promoted or required by the company that aligns with the position or department.
