We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Job Description** **Job Title:** Co\-Op Operational Excellence **Business Platform** : Commercial \& Residential Solutions. **Business Unit:** Comfort Control WR. **Location:** Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico **Reports To:** Operational Excellence Manager **Department:** Operational Excellence **Required Knowledge** * Continuous improvement methodologies: principles of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and process standardization. * Process mapping: value stream mapping (VSM), identification of bottlenecks, and improvement proposals. * Industrial engineering tools: line balancing, flowcharts, time and motion studies. * Visual management: use of indicator dashboards, audit forms, and visual presentations. * Data analysis: Excel proficiency (pivot tables, charts, trend analysis) and design software (Visio, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar, preferred). * Technical documentation: development of forms, checklists, visual instructions, and Kaizen reports. **Skills** * Analytical thinking: ability to observe processes, identify waste, and propose practical solutions. * Organization and planning: tracking of 5S activities, audit control, and evidence documentation. * Effective communication: clearly and professionally conveying findings and improvement proposals. * Teamwork. * Proactive attitude: willingness to learn, participate, and propose improvements. * Results orientation: focus on achieving productivity, order, and cleanliness objectives. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
