Organized and responsible individual **BANK PAYMENT DISBURSEMENT ASSISTANT** **Job Objective:** Record, monitor, and track the company’s banking transactions to ensure accurate payment disbursement and compliance with tax obligations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record, monitor, and track banking transactions. * Execute bulk transfers to suppliers. * Disburse payroll. * Review and reconcile bank statements. * Monitor banking account transactions. * Generate and remit payments to SHCP, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISN. * Deliver payment documentation to the accounting department. * Record transactions in the accounting system (CONTPAQi). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 35 years. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration (mandatory). * Proven experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Residence near Metepec. * Service-oriented attitude and customer service. * Organized and responsible individual. **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday work schedule. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. **Additional Benefits:** * Salary increases. * Company parking.
