Warehouse and Distribution Manager

We are seeking your talent for the position of: WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER. Objective: Supervise Counter Sales Workshop operations within a framework of resource optimization, product quality assurance, handling of returns, customer service, compliance, continuous improvement, adherence to company procedures and policies, and safeguarding all assets located at the workshop facilities. Requirements: * Academic background: Technical high school diploma or incomplete university degree. * Driver's license (desirable). * Flexible availability regarding working hours. Previous experience: * Coordinate warehouse staff to conduct daily ABC inventory. Functions and responsibilities: * Notify the Branch Manager when glass breaks or when repair or replacement of a part is required. * Notify the Counter Salesperson of conforming finished products to inform the customer that they may collect their order. * Sign as authorized on FO\-ARF\-01 Driver Vehicle Checklist Form. * Instruct the customer to inspect their order. * In case of returns, refer the customer to the salesperson, who must handle the complaint according to PL\-DIS\-03 Returns Policy. * Receive materials and verify completeness, good condition, and conformity with FO\-VTA\-09 Delivery Note. * Sign the customer return delivery note to authorize entry into the warehouse. * Notify the Counter Salesperson in cases of product returns or non-delivery, along with reasons. * Prior to dispatching materials, verify completeness, good condition, and conformity with FO\-VTA\-09 Delivery Note. * Return to the plant materials exhibiting manufacturing defects or non-conformity with supporting documentation. * Ensure each driver completes settlement at the cash register after delivery, confirming successful completion. * Address customer product complaints within established timeframes. * Enter received orders into the "Outbound System" for shipment to customers. * Be responsible for proper storage and safeguarding of parts received from the plant or other branches until delivery to the customer. * Schedule delivery routes for outsourced production and full sheets within the zone.
