Job Role: Safeguard the physical integrity of finished products, material resources, and human resources by implementing policies and procedures to deliver finished products to our customers on time, in full, and at the lowest possible cost. Key Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree * Experience in supply chain * Experience in warehousing and inventory management Main responsibilities for this position include: * Supervise replenishment at the Picking Center, verifying correct stock rotation using the FIFO method. * Supervise that all pallets bear their identification labels (SKU, Description, Lot, Expiry or Packaging Date, Number of Boxes, and Weight in Kilograms). * Supervise rack conditions, cold room temperatures, pallet conditions, and functionality of material handling equipment. * Ensure daily inventory preparation (RODIA) and timely updates of storage locations. * Support internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with product-specific requirements. * Ensure availability of commercial forecasts for products to be processed, adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety standards (slicing, dicing, cubing). * Ensure weekly preparation of the freshness index and its submission to the Commercial and Central Logistics departments. * Guarantee preparation and submission to the Commercial department of the slow-moving or non-selling items report. * Ensure implementation of quality control measures for goods receipt and storage (Supplier Receipt and Temperature Control). * Guarantee filing of claims against internal suppliers or third parties in case of discrepancies upon unloading. * Ensure availability of essential documents for verification of goods receipt and entry (Invoice/Purchase Order) (Inteco/Third Parties). * Supervise controls for delivery and return of packaging materials, including SAP data entry. * Ensure daily inventory of packaging materials. * Guarantee achievement of CEDI/Customer service level upon order picking completion. * Guarantee order picking, loading, and distribution to customers. * Guarantee processing or cleansing of the daily order pool. * Guarantee processing or cleansing of the daily delivery pool. * Ensure signature flow in standardized format for approval of inventory variances (adjustments). * Ensure signature flow in standardized format for handling customer return orders. * Ensure signature flow in standardized format for handling seizures, along with compilation of supporting documentation evidencing quantity and value of damage. * Ensure signature flow in standardized format for handling donations, including integration of documentation confirming receipt by the Food Bank. * Ensure signature flow in standardized format for handling product tastings, along with evidence via client endorsement, stamp, and mobile receipt confirmation. * Ensure execution of preventive maintenance for material handling and distribution equipment, updating insurance policies per scheduled calendar. * Ensure execution of preventive maintenance for cold room refrigeration equipment per scheduled calendar. * Ensure proper use and good condition of safety tools and equipment. * Guarantee personnel and facility aesthetics, complying with quality standards and BPMS. * Develop KPIs for warehouse operation control and monitoring. * Administration and control of salary compensations and payroll incidents. * Participation in operational and record-keeping activities, as required by the area when facing complexity or delays.
