Description

SOLUAGRO is seeking personnel for the Human Capital and Social Responsibility area Education: Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year Knowledge: Personnel recruitment and selection, administration of psychometric tests, evaluations, use of social media for candidate sourcing, interviews, job profile analysis. Generalist role. Design, implement, and manage the Human Resources strategy aligned with the company's commercial and operational objectives, ensuring talent attraction, development, evaluation, and retention to maximize organizational performance and business profitability.
