





We are looking for a **Kitchen Supervisor** with a passion for service, leadership, and commitment to quality, who ensures memorable experiences for our guests. **Job Description** The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with the brand's quality, hygiene, and food presentation standards **ibis / Novotel**. They will supervise the kitchen team and work closely with the restaurant and service areas to maintain efficient and harmonious operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and present food according to brand standards. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations (HACCP). * Coordinate and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive work environment. * Monitor inventory, costs, and supply procurement. * Assist in menu planning and continuous improvement of culinary service. * Maintain effective communication with restaurant and management teams. **Required Profile** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles (Chef de Partie, Head Cook, Shift Supervisor, or similar). * Solid knowledge of **hotel operations and international service standards**. * Leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities. * Focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork. * Availability to work shifts and weekends.
