




Ensure the control, recording, and verification of frozen product inventory (primarily shrimp), guaranteeing the accuracy of information in the commercial system and product traceability from receipt to dispatch, optimizing resources and reducing shrinkage or inventory discrepancies. * Record product entries and exits in the commercial system (ERP or assigned software). * Physically verify stock in cold storage chambers and compare them with system reports. * Supervise proper product rotation (FIFO) and organization within the warehouse. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. * Assist in planning cycle counts and general physical inventory taking. * Identify and report differences, shrinkage, overages, or incidents detected during counts. * Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Sales departments to validate movements and adjustments. * Control documentation for entries/exits (delivery slips, invoices, credit notes, etc.). * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security procedures in handling frozen products. * Maintain updated records of batches, freezing dates, and expiration dates.
