




**General job objective:** Ensure the implementation and evolution of the testing operations model (practices, processes, automations, policies, and tools) within the group through institutional resources and/or external resources to generate a standard that results in improved quality of digital solution development and delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure development and operations teams follow defined testing and quality policies with the goal of increasing the quality of products released into production. * Ensure delivered products comply with defined quality standards by reviewing metrics and reports obtained from quality management and assurance tools. * Manage and act as the liaison with vendors to guarantee product quality. * Implement and ensure compliance with functional testing methodology. * Collaborate with development teams to identify and correct software defects. * Execution of functional and non-functional tests. **Requirements:** * Experience leading Testing teams. * Experience in QA processes. * Desirable experience in developing financial services projects. * Agile practices: Scrum, Kanban. * General DevSecOps practices. * Software development process with emphasis on manual and automated testing. **Required education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. **Benefits:** * Base salary * Savings fund * Christmas bonus * Vacation * Vacation premium * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Study scholarships * Pleasant work environment * Other benefits and perks exceeding legal requirements Job type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Where are you currently residing? * Which company are you currently working for? * Describe your experience as a testing manager Workplace: On-site position
