Customer and supplier relations \*EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT\* JOB OBJECTIVE: Support General Management in phone calls, personal calendar management, administrative tasks, interactions with customers and suppliers, representation at events, and secretarial functions. REQUIREMENTS: \* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field \* Excellent writing and spelling skills. \* Excellent personal presentation. \* Proficiency in touch typing (rapid keyboarding technique). \* Valid driver's license. \* Personality: Organized, dynamic, and attentive (prompt response to requests). JOB FUNCTIONS: Daily review and reporting to the General Director of the most relevant emails (directorial inbox). Respond to or forward complaints and suggestions received in the directorial email to the appropriate person. Develop and update promotional materials for corporate quotations aligned with client needs. Maintain an up-to-date telephone directory of contacts for companies, government agencies, institutions, associations, and physicians. Receive visitors and answer calls, providing solutions and responses where possible; otherwise, route them to the Director. Coordinate the General Director’s personal schedule. Assist in administrative activities. Coordinate events jointly with various departments. Perform secretarial duties: letters, memoranda, speeches, agendas, travel arrangements, airline tickets, etc. Communicate new procedures or general information to branches. Comply with the Quality Management System by consulting the document management system and adhering to applicable policies and procedures within the department. Support the company’s administrative requirements and needs to ensure its proper operation. Attend training sessions as required to maintain the competencies needed by the company.
