**Position Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and monitor projects throughout their various stages, from planning and development of executive packages to on-site implementation and technical review. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in the role of Project Coordinator, with direct involvement in the development of executive projects and technical coordination related to construction activities. **Technical Knowledge:** \- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. \- Knowledge and use of MS Project (or equivalent software) for project scheduling and control. \- Experience in the preparation and review of architectural, masonry, structural, and installation drawings (electrical, plumbing, sanitary, voice, and data). \- Technical criteria for reviewing and validating drawings according to project requirements. \- Coordination of disciplines to integrate complete executive packages. \- Basic knowledge of construction processes and on-site technical monitoring. **Skills and Competencies:** \- Technical leadership and ability to coordinate between design and construction teams. \- Strong organizational skills and ability to track deliverables. \- Clear and effective communication. \- Proactive, solution-oriented profile with a focus on results. \- Attention to detail and responsibility in meeting deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of project executive packages (architecture, structure, installations, and masonry). \- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with schedules and technical standards. \- Review and validate drawings and technical documents prior to release for construction. \- Coordinate with the construction department to provide technical liaison during project execution. \- Support the management of adjustments and updates required by the construction site.
