**Position Objective:** At Universidad ISEP, we are seeking a professional to design, document, and improve operational and strategic processes in coordination with the programming team, aiming to achieve efficient, scalable solutions aligned with institutional goals. This role will be key in optimizing workflows, implementing automations, and resolving systemic issues. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Age: Over 30 years old (preferred) * Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields * Proven experience in process analysis, design, and implementation (minimum 2 years) * Knowledge of agile methodologies, automation, and data analysis * Experience collaborating with development/programming teams * Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and standardize procedures * Ability to write protocols, flowcharts, and operational manuals * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, diagramming software (Lucidchart, Visio), Outlook, and others * High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and strategic vision **Main Responsibilities:** * Identification and analysis of existing processes across different departments * Detection of inefficiencies and identification of continuous improvement opportunities * Documentation of workflows and creation of manuals and protocols * Direct coordination with the programming team to implement technological solutions * Design of new processes to support institutional growth * Measurement of key performance indicators to assess process effectiveness * Support and monitoring during the implementation of new tools or work dynamics Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
