DESCRIPTION At **Proman | GPO**, we are a construction company currently seeking a **Planner** to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be creating and maintaining the master and detailed project schedule, ensuring an efficient and logical sequence of tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Schedule Planning**: Develop, update, and oversee the project schedule using specialized software (such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). * **Progress Analysis and Tracking**: Monitor project advancement by comparing actual progress against the original plan, identifying deviations, milestones, and critical paths. * **Resource Management**: Plan and coordinate the availability and allocation of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials, optimizing their use across different project phases. * **Risk Identification and Mitigation**: Identify potential delays and issues, develop action plans to mitigate risks, and recommend creative solutions. * **Coordination and Communication**: Collaborate closely with engineers, construction supervisors, project managers, and other departments to ensure all parties are aligned with project objectives. * **Reporting**: Generate periodic reports on project status, progress, and forecasts to enable management and stakeholders to make informed decisions. * **Change Control**: Assess the impact of any changes in project scope on the schedule and adjust planning as necessary. * **Data Analysis**: Collect and analyze data to anticipate trends and improve decision-making in planning. REQUIREMENTS * **Education**: University degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical) or a related field. * **Languages**: Advanced English. * **Experience**: 5 to 10 years of experience in large-scale construction project planning, ideally within the industrial sector, such as petrochemical or chemical plant construction. * **Software Proficiency**: Mastery of planning tools such as: **Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Navisworks Freedom, Autodesk**, and other project management systems. * **Data Analysis**: Ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize planning. * **Problem Solving**: Skill in identifying complex problems and proposing effective solutions. * **Communication**: Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. * **Proactivity**: Ability to anticipate problems and take initiative to keep the project on track. * **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of construction processes for complex industrial projects and the operation of an ammonia plant to carry out accurate planning
