We seek field or on-site support engineers with telecommunications experience to serve various projects or clients. **Our Value Proposition** * Access to certifications and training courses from brands such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, etc. * Excellent work environment with real medium- and long-term career development opportunities. * Operational flexibility to manage your time and achieve a professional–personal balance. **Our Offer** * **Compensation**: Base salary + monthly bonuses * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus Saturday morning as required * **Work Location**: Airports and shopping malls in Mazatlán. **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: field engineer, on-site support technician, installation engineer, field support technician, antenna installer, cabling technician, telecommunications analyst, or telecom engineer. * Availability to attend to clients and incidents, with strong service orientation. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in networking: TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, VLANs, high availability, redundancy. Configuration of Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, network topologies, equipment configuration, network change implementation, etc. VLANs, firewall configuration, VPNs, routers and switches, access points (AP), structured cabling, knowledge of Ekahau and GPON networks (theoretical), wireless networks, basic knowledge of PBX and CCTV. * 1–2 years’ experience installing and cabling WiFi networks, specifically with Ruckus, Cisco, or Brocade equipment; certification or training in Working at Heights (DC3). * 1–2 years’ experience in installation, maintenance, administration, and/or support/troubleshooting of access point (AP) solutions, WLAN controllers, routers, switches, codecs, APs, etc. * Experience identifying faults, root causes, equipment replacements, and new installations. * Preparation of evidence reports, activity descriptions, and escalation to third parties. **Required Education Level:** Higher education — incomplete **Required Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Telecommunications **Skills:** * Point-to-point WiFi and working at heights * Wireless, cabling, and Cisco networking * Routers, switches, and access points * WLAN controller installation * LAN, PBX, VPN, field support, firewalls *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=694368a52f00003000856162&source=indeed*
