Experience: In production processes and analysis, leadership. **REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** Schedule availability Conflict management Decision making Technical skills Work under pressure Change facilitator Action oriented Teamwork Ethics and Values **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead a team of 25 employees * Review attendance lists of assigned personnel * Ensure machine productivity targets are met * Supervise that personnel wear their safety equipment * Review and sign the shift report for each machine * Monitor machine downtime * Participate in and follow up on programs for reducing setup time * Coordinate maintenance orders with operators * Responsible for providing technical training to staff * Participate in supervisor meetings to address issues related to ( Productivity, quality, maintenance ) * Participate in weekly safety meetings (audits, creation of safety cards)
