The ideal candidate must demonstrate a service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and the ability to work according to established procedures. **Responsibilities** * Monitoring and controlling access for staff, visitors, and vendors. * Maintaining order and ensuring compliance with internal regulations. * Reporting and recording incidents. * Supporting general maintenance activities: * Basic inspection of lighting fixtures. * Assisting with minor repairs (plumbing, painting, simple metalwork). * Supporting preventive building maintenance. * Prompt communication of risks or critical situations.
