Guarantee that manufactured products meet technical specifications and customer requirements while maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Responsibilities: * Supervise operational staff, assigning tasks and verifying their proper execution. * Monitor product quality during production and upon completion, ensuring compliance with established specifications. * Control the efficient use of materials, equipment, and tools, avoiding unnecessary waste or losses. * Report incidents, production progress, and daily results to the Production Coordinator or Management. * Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance of area equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Department. * Train and provide feedback to operational staff on production techniques, safety, and quality. * Ensure proper documentation of processes, production records, and incidents.
