Requirements: * Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions within the hotel, hospital, or industrial sector, preferably in leadership roles. * Knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic systems, carpentry, mechanics, automated control systems, emergency power plants, boilers, chillers. * Familiarity with safety, environmental, and energy efficiency standards. * Budget management and proficiency in Office suite. * Leadership and team management. * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail and customer service orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and teamwork.
