Administration and control of vehicles, including maintenance and tracking **Job Description** Coordinate the accurate and timely operational and administrative planning and tracking of logistics activities related to the HUB's daily delivery routes via the vehicle fleet, ensuring adherence to collection timeframes for the timely distribution and delivery of merchandise to assigned stores while guaranteeing service quality. **Responsibilities** * Logistics: Track and monitor HUB daily delivery route logistics to stores, meeting collection time requirements. * Record warehouse product receipts, transfers, and shipments by tracking routes through logbooks to identify control measures, fuel efficiency, and merchandise receipt and delivery. * Review fleet incidents. * Follow up with stores regarding incidents. * Generate daily reports on warehouse material receipts and shipments. * Supervise Collector operations: Monitor the number of items collected by Collectors. * Record warehouse product receipts, transfers, and shipments by tracking routes through logbooks to identify control measures, fuel efficiency, and merchandise receipt and delivery; review fleet incidents; follow up with stores regarding incidents. * Generate daily reports on warehouse material receipts and shipments. * Manage vehicle administration: Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; track each period with fleets to identify fines and accidents through the Fleet Department. Ensure support by monitoring GPS-related incidents. * **Requirements** * Technical degree or equivalent. * Two or three years of experience. * Prior experience in Logistics Route Supervision, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Retail Sales, or Distribution. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday.
