The candidate will occasionally interact with and assist **two young girls**, thus requiring a kind and patient demeanor, as well as vigilance regarding safety and order in common areas. This position demands a high degree of trust and commitment; we seek a stable candidate for a long-term employment relationship. Responsibilities * General and deep cleaning: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, common areas * Household tidying and organization (maintaining functional spaces; assistance with closets/specific areas as needed) * Laundry: washing and folding clothes * Occasional light kitchen support (snacks or basic meal preparation) * Supply management: reporting low-stock items and keeping the cleaning area orderly * **Basic plant care:** watering indoor/outdoor plants and keeping them clean (reporting pests or wilting) * **Hummingbird feeders:** preparing and/or refilling nectar and **filling 20 feeders** (plus basic cleaning/rinsing as instructed) * Occasional travel preparation support: **packing suitcases** according to provided lists and instructions, organizing clothing/items, and ensuring the home is tidy prior to departure * **Preparing bath tubs** for the children * Occasional child support: brief supervision, maintaining safe environments, assisting with tidying up, and supporting snacks/simple routines as needed * **Full confidentiality** regarding the family, household, and belongings Essential Requirements * Proven prior experience in residential cleaning (ideal if experienced working with families and children) * **Verifiable references (minimum 2)** and authorization to contact them * Honesty, discretion, and responsibility (mandatory) * Punctuality and consistency * Positive attitude, patience, and respectful communication * Occasional availability for paid overtime (not daily; advance notice provided whenever possible) Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) * Letter(s) of recommendation * Knowledge of home organization principles Job Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $16,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
