Key role in operational continuity and continuous system improvement. **Technology / Systems Coordinator** **Position Objective** Coordinate, manage, and ensure operational continuity of the company’s technological infrastructure, guaranteeing proper functioning of the BMS ERP, inter-branch connectivity, inventory control, point-of-sale systems, electronic invoicing, communications, computing equipment, and user support. **Profile** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in technical support, infrastructure, and ERP. * Preferred experience in commercial, retail, auto parts, tire, hardware, or multi-branch enterprises. * Experience administering networks, servers, databases, and ERP systems. * Preferred knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, procurement, sales, and invoicing. * Willingness to travel between branches. **Required Technical Knowledge** * BMS ERP or similar ERP systems oriented toward retail, inventory, and branch operations. * Windows Server and user administration. * Networks, VPN, switches, routers, dedicated internet, and enterprise Wi-Fi. * SQL Server or databases integrated with ERP. * Electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Data backup and recovery. * Security cameras, CCTV, and access control systems. * Point-of-sale equipment, barcode scanners, ticket printers, and banking terminals. * Remote branch support. * Microsoft 365, corporate email, and collaboration tools. **Primary Responsibilities** * BMS ERP Administration * Support and Infrastructure * Security and Control **Recommended Competencies** * Leadership. * Service orientation. * Analytical ability. * Problem-solving. * Organization and follow-up. * Effective communication with operational and managerial users. * Focus on continuous improvement. * Ability to work under pressure and respond to branch emergencies.
