We are currently seeking an **Implementation Coordinator**, a key role responsible for successfully coordinating the implementation of new projects contracted by clients. **Key responsibilities include:** * Record in the implementation dashboard the date and time assigned by the sales department, as well as operational client details for training—such as business type, branches, whether service orders are involved, whether special processes are required, etc. * Monitor WhatsApp messages to identify newly raised issues and follow up accordingly. * Access the WhatsApp chat to review unresolved pending items from previous days and follow up. * Call clients regarding newly emerged details where clarity is lacking in the WhatsApp message about their request. * Advise and support implementation consultants on questions arising during client training. * Review 100% of clients trained over the past 60 days and conduct follow-up calls to ensure no doubts remain and that the system is being used correctly. * Identify clients in the system who have not recorded sales for four or more days, contact them immediately to inquire about the reason, and prevent potential attrition. * Ensure implementation consultants complete daily activity logs and submit them to General Management. **Desired profile:** * 3–5 years of experience in training or corporate consulting roles. * Supervisory experience managing at least three people for over one year. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Experience in project management, customer service, and teamwork. * Knowledge of performance indicator management and development. * Proactive attitude. **We offer:** * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * All statutory benefits. * An excellent team environment. * Annual bonus. * Annual salary increase based on achievement of company objectives. * Free uniforms. * Annual increase in Christmas bonus days. * Continuous training.
