Position Summary: Operate assigned vehicles to fulfill daily delivery routes, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of merchandise to satellite stores, with attention to vehicle inspection and maintenance. Daily inspection of the assigned vehicle and identification of required maintenance **Position Description** Properly operate the vehicle assigned by AutoZone in accordance with company driving policies to ensure coverage of daily HUB delivery routes as defined by established usage policies, guaranteeing adherence to pickup and delivery timelines for merchandise to assigned stores. **Responsibilities** * Execute the delivery route from HUB to satellite stores per logistics guidelines established by the HUB Coordinator, using the vehicle assigned by AutoZone. * Load and unload merchandise in compliance with merchandise handling requirements; collect merchandise returns and empty totes from satellite stores to ensure order delivery fulfillment to our stores and support stores having the required products available on time to close sales. * Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle using the checklist to verify its operational condition and identify necessary maintenance. Record daily mileage, noting the starting odometer reading and the final odometer reading upon completion of daily duties. * **Requirements** * Technical degree * One or two years of experience * Prior experience in logistics route operation, merchandise delivery, and distribution * Minimum age of 21 years * Availability for rotating shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
