Availability for night shifts. **Full Job Description** **Objective:** The Night Watchman is responsible for monitoring and protecting construction site facilities during night shifts or periods when no work activity is taking place, ensuring the security of assets, equipment, and materials. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic surveillance rounds throughout the facility to detect potential intrusions, damage, or irregularities. * Supervise and control access to the facility during the shift, permitting entry only for authorized personnel to prevent theft or damage to materials, tools, and equipment present on-site. **Requirements:** * Education: Basic education level (preferred). * Experience: Prior experience in surveillance or security positions (desirable). * Availability to work night shifts. * Responsibility and commitment. * Punctuality.
