




**Group Supervisor** 25–40 years old Minimum 3 years of experience in the position Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. Interpersonal skills: Proven leadership experience, internal and external communication skills, self-management capability. OBJECTIVE: Process incoming group bookings and schedule them appropriately, while keeping guests informed about their booking status and progress. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Achieve room-night and average rate budget targets. * Develop marketing plans to attract groups and conventions. * Conduct local, national, and international market research on the conventions sector. * Undertake periodic promotional trips with group agencies. * Promote the hotel’s participation in tourism fairs and meetings/conventions congresses. * Operate OPERA and generate group production reports. * Manage IHG platforms (Meeting Broker). * Coordinate with the Reservations Manager and Group Rates Manager regarding group policies and strategies to jointly achieve budget goals. * Submit weekly group production reports, including tentative, confirmed, and quoted bookings. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activities (rates, blocks, groups, packages, etc.). * Conduct inspection visits to potential accounts. * Handle hotel public relations. * Manage group check-ins and group closings. Base salary, bonuses, commissions, and benefits exceeding statutory requirements
