




Position Summary: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of frozen shrimp, ensuring product integrity, inventory control, and logistical efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the cold chain and logistics for frozen product transportation. 2. Supervises physical and system inventories, ensuring PEPS/FIFO rotation. 3. Leads the warehouse team, guaranteeing safety and hygiene. Ensure proper receipt, storage, preservation, and dispatch of frozen shrimp, maintaining product integrity, inventory control, and efficiency in scheduling loading and unloading of heavy transport vehicles. * Supervise product inflows and outflows (shrimp by size and presentation). * Validate purchase orders and outbound orders. * Ensure correct product rotation (PEPS / FIFO). * Reconcile physical inventories with system records. **Cold Chain** * Verify compliance with appropriate temperature requirements (e.g. \-18°C or as per standard). * Prevent cold chain breaches during handling operations. * Monitor exposure time during loading/unloading. **Transport Logistics** * Schedule loading and unloading of tractor-trailers. * Coordinate loading windows with customers and suppliers. * Ensure proper stowage and weight distribution in vehicles. **Control and Administration** * Maintain inventory, shrinkage, and movement records. * Report discrepancies, damages, or incidents. * Optimize space utilization within cold rooms. **Personnel Management** * Coordinate warehouse team shifts. * Supervise performance and task completion. * Train staff on frozen product handling and safety. **Safety and Hygiene** * Comply with sanitary regulations (e.g., food handling). * Ensure use of PPE (thermal gear, gloves, etc.). * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness.
