Manage staff and verify compliance with regulations Corporativo Pata Salada is seeking your talent; we need someone to: \-Supervise daily restaurant operations. \-Ensure service, hospitality, and customer service standards. \-Control daily sales, cash reconciliation, inventory, and food/beverage costs. \-Supervise purchasing, supply management, and handling of perishable products (seafood). \-Administer personnel: roles, schedules, discipline, training, and performance. \-Verify compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (including NOM-251). \-Prepare weekly and monthly operational and financial reports. \-Implement strategies to increase sales and control shrinkage. \-Coordinate restaurant promotions and reputation management with the marketing department. \-Present performance indicators and improvement proposals to management. \-Be responsible for delivery operations. \-Ensure validity and proper handling of licenses and permits, as well as related procedures with authorities.
