Additionally, the resort includes six restaurants—including the iconic seaside Cocina del Mar with intimate outdoor terraces overlooking the shoreline—the Spa at Esperanza, four stunning swimming pools, tennis courts, access to world-class golf courses, a children’s club, a comprehensive pet services program, and an Auberge Adventures menu featuring exclusive land- and sea-based experiences in Cabo. **Job Description** Responsible for coordinating and supervising tasks assigned to the Inventory staff. **Duties and Responsibilities** * At the start of each shift, reviews emails and follows up with suppliers. * Monitors procurement processes until product delivery is completed. * In the absence of a Room Controller position, supports room updates and daily operations. * In coordination with the Housekeeping Manager and Operations Assistant, assumes responsibility for achieving departmental goals. * One day prior to scheduled time off, documents the current status of all pending items in the departmental tracking file and shares it with the Executive Housekeeping Manager. * Submits weekly warehouse requisitions. * In coordination with the Executive Housekeeping Manager, analyzes and manages expenses to comply with the monthly budget and avoid exceeding the annual budget. * Reviews expense forecasts to ensure expenditures remain within budget limits. * Verifies timely delivery of inventories to respective departments—for example: timely and proper delivery of Housekeeping Equipment and Supply Inventories to the Accounting Department. * Conducts and coordinates operational supply and equipment inventories, submitting reports during the first week of each month. * Processes equipment disposals monthly; no equipment may be carried over from month to month. * Conducts regular inspections to verify order and cleanliness in storage areas. **Requirements** **Experience:** * Knowledge of shortages or damaged items * Utensil inventory management * Proficiency in form handling * Completed secondary education **Additional Information** Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
