




Position Summary: This role ensures that all service, material, and supply orders from SK Stores comply with budgetary constraints and are processed correctly to support efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Budget administration and control for services, materials, and supplies 2. Ensuring the correct execution of procurement and service processes 3. Advising staff on purchase requests and restocking **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure that each service, material, and supply order from SK Stores adheres to the budget and is properly received on the corresponding platform to meet expense budget targets, and that suppliers receive timely and accurate payments to avoid operational disruptions. **MAIN ACTIVITIES:** * Collaborate with the Store Commercial Manager to develop TSK’s budget for services, materials, and supplies, and ensure its proper administration in alignment with annual planning. * Ensure correct execution of TSK’s service delivery and procurement processes for materials and supplies; report any deviations to the immediate supervisor and propose corrective actions. * Advise TSK staff on questions regarding purchase requests via the procurement portal to ensure correct execution of the restocking process for TSK supplies. * Confirm receipt of materials and supplies for each order with TSK Managers and apply the corresponding RP (Receiving Protocol) to ensure suppliers receive timely and accurate payments. **EXPERIENCE** * Procurement of materials and supplies * SAP **KNOWLEDGE** * Advanced Excel * SAP * Budget Administration * Development and management of service indicators **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * 30 days’ Christmas bonus * 8.5% Savings Fund * Annual performance bonus (15 days) * Life insurance * Major medical insurance * Funeral assistance * Perfect attendance days * Special discounts at Salud Digna and SuKarne
