Opportunity to implement and improve internal processes **Job Description: Hindie Administrative Coordinator** **Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize administrative processes for the group’s restaurants and cafés, ensuring efficient control of financial, human, and operational resources to guarantee proper functioning of business units. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise overall administration across all group branches. * Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and bank reconciliations. * Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. * Coordinate and supervise inventories (supplies, raw materials, and equipment). * Support budget preparation and monitoring. * Generate financial and administrative reports for management. * Supervise compliance with tax and legal obligations. * Coordinate procurement processes and vendor relationships. * Support personnel administration (payroll, attendance incidents, contracts). * Implement and improve internal administrative processes. * Ensure compliance with group policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial control. * Ensure profitability through cost control. * Guarantee timely supply of materials and supplies. * Minimize losses, shrinkage, or administrative deviations. * Comply with current tax and labor regulations. **Candidate Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. **Experience:** * 2–5 years in administrative roles, preferably in restaurant or retail industries. * Experience managing multiple business units (preferred). **Knowledge:** * Basic accounting and finance. * Inventory control. * Proficiency in administrative systems/ERP. * Tax regulations (invoicing, taxes). * Intermediate/advanced Excel. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Leadership and teamwork * Numerical analysis * Decision-making * Effective communication * Proactivity * Problem-solving **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Cost and expense control * Accuracy of financial reports * Inventory turnover and control * Budget adherence * Reduction of shrinkage * Efficiency in payments and collections Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
