




Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented professional to lead the communication and growth of our brands, acting as the brand owner to anticipate needs and optimize campaigns. We do not seek someone who merely executes tasks, but rather a **brand owner** who anticipates key dates, optimizes budgets, and ensures every campaign converts into sales and an enhanced customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * **Strategy and Execution:** Design and implement the annual advertising and promotional campaign calendar. You are accountable for ensuring nothing is missed (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, product launches, etc.). * **Project Management:** Coordinate workflow from creative ideation with design through to printing and final delivery at branches. (You will supervise one designer.) * **Social Listening:** Actively monitor reviews and complaints on social media, ensuring rapid resolution and escalating critical issues to protect brand reputation. * **Audiovisual Production:** Plan and direct photo sessions (mood boards, food styling) and coordinate execution to ensure high-quality content. * **Trends and Growth:** Stay current with digital and market trends to propose innovations that increase customer traffic and average transaction value. * **Budget Optimization:** Execute and report on monthly media budget performance (Meta Ads), consistently pursuing optimal return on ad spend (ROAS). * **Public Relations:** Coordinate activations, events, and strategic partnerships with other companies or direct clients. Minimum Requirements: * **Experience:** \+8 years verifiable experience in similar roles (preferably in the foodservice or retail sector). * **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator), **Lightroom**, **Premiere**, and/or **CapCut**. * **Ads Manager:** Proficiency in **Meta Business Suite** for advertising campaigns. * **Soft Skills:** Extreme self-management (you don’t need to be told what to do), obsessive attention to detail, and ability to work under strict deadlines. * **Portfolio:** Submission of a portfolio showcasing previous campaigns demonstrating both strategy and execution is mandatory.
