**About:** Plan and manage the software or update production release process to ensure that resources, timelines, and overall quality of the process are met and aligned with customer expectations. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate working sessions with development teams to plan release dates, manage testing environments, and document release plans. * Identify risks associated with releases and communicate them to development teams and the Release Manager to jointly develop mitigation plans with stakeholders. * Understand different technologies and/or integrated projects through kickoff or planning sessions with development teams to acquire required training and provide effective management. * Coordinate various sessions (checkpoints, deploys, dailys) as needed, ensuring clear and effective communication to achieve team cohesion. * Supervise the release process for each project to ensure software or updates are released into production according to established standards. * Communicate release and update progress to participating departments to support decision-making and remove impediments. **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience as Project Leader, Solutions Architect, and/or Technical Leader in development and Digital areas. * ITIL, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI, PMP. * Experience managing team collaboration and administration tools. * Development of mobile and/or web applications. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software, Information and Communication Technologies, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Benefits:** * Base salary. * Savings fund. * Year-end bonus. * Vacation time. * Vacation premium. * Profit sharing. * Birthday personal day off. * Study scholarships. * School supplies allowance. * Pleasant work environment. * Other benefits and perks.
